## Action Planning: Turn Survey Results Into Tracked Improvement Plans

We're excited to introduce **Action Planning**, a complete system for moving from survey scores to accountable action with ready-to-use templates, milestone tracking, and organization-wide visibility.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Beta release.** Action Planning is available to a select group of clients as we refine the experience. If you're interested in being one of the first to use it and share your feedback, reach out to your TalentMap Project Manager. They will enable the feature for your organization.
{% endhint %}

**What's new:** After viewing survey results, managers can now click any opportunity item to see suggested action plans matched to that specific finding. Each plan comes from TalentMap's template library, built from 25 years of engagement expertise, and includes a description, common pitfalls to avoid, a timeline, and milestones with due dates. HR administrators configure the guidance managers see when they first open Action Planning, and the Status page shows real-time progress across the organization.

**Why it matters:** The gap between survey results and meaningful action is where most engagement programs stall. Action Planning closes that gap by giving managers a concrete starting point (not a blank page) and giving HR leaders visibility into who is taking action and who needs support.

**How to use it:** Contact your TalentMap Project Manager to get Action Planning enabled. Once active, click **Actions** in the top navigation to land on the Guidance page. Head to **Results** to see your team's strengths and opportunities. Click any Opportunity to see suggested action plans, select one, customize the milestones for your team, and start working.
