Within comment settings, you can adjust the minimum number of words to only display comments over a certain word count and/or create a sample of comments per item for the reader.
Go to Reports > Comments.
Click the Gear icon near the top right corner of the page.
Click OK to view the updated comments.
Changes to preferences are displayed in the comment count title. Note: when adding a random sample, this will not change the display of the comment count or word cloud.
To export a random sample of comments, check the random sample box in preferences then click Export. Text of the random sample will appear on the table of contents page on the PDF.
