In this release, snapshot report comparisons have been enhanced to include comparisons to multiple filter types and previous period surveys.
In this release, we've made an important change to participant management which allows for the preservation of previous period mappings.
If a Site Admin user makes a change to a participant list, the previous period demographic mapping will be updated and any mapping work already done will be preserved.
Changes can be made either by uploading a .csv or with inline page editing.

In this release, Compass Site Admins can add and / or replace static slides within the snapshot report for a survey.
We are pleased to announce a new feature that allows reporting on live surveys, which is particularly valuable for employee experience surveys such as onboarding and exit.
Building on last month's release, which introduced the ability to preserve mappings, site administrators can now set up all previous period data, benchmarks, dashboards, and other survey information while the survey is still active. This enhancement significantly reduces report turnaround time.
Once the data is ready for reporting, administrators can simply toggle the survey to make it available for reporting. All other users will then be able to access and view the new report data.
In this latest release, Compass users can now login using their Microsoft 365 login credentials.
In this release, Compass users with AI permission can ask questions of comments and search comments by meaning. If you would like to enable these features, please contact your TalentMap Project Manager. 1. Directly ask questions about your employee comments, using natural language.
2. Search by meaning identifies comments with similar meanings, even if the comments have different words or phrases.
