Repeated Participant Email Upload

Supports long running employee experience surveys such as:

  • Role change / promotion

  • Job satisfaction / emerging concerns

  • Check-ins

  • Performance feedback

How it Works

  1. Export the original participant information file from Compass.

  2. Add the same participant email with existing or updated demographics at anytime during the long running survey.

  3. Re-import to Compass. (The participants email will be added to the survey deployment email campaign).

  4. Send the survey to the participant.

  5. Compass adds a unique ID to the participant row that stores the demographic data when the participant completes the survey.

  6. Each time a survey is completed by the same participant their data is stored in Compass for filtered and comparative reporting.
