Add a Survey Result

Please Note: This function is only available to Site Admin users.

  1. To add a survey result from a survey that you have created click Admin then Add Survey Result

  1. Click the Survey dropdown, select the survey you wish to report on.

  1. You can update the name of the result for reporting purposes. You will also see the confidentiality threshold that applies to the survey results. Note: this is our standard confidentiality threshold. If you need this threshold changed, please contact

Click Save to continue.

  1. The survey result will appear under Results and will be available for reporting.
