Five days after the survey closes, we'll schedule a 60–90-minute online preview and discussion of the survey findings with our Senior Consultant / IO psychologist. This session will serve as a draft presentation of results, allowing the survey team to prepare for the formal presentation with your Senior Leaders. This structured approach ensures that the team has ample time to review the data, refine their understanding, and identify key points for discussion before meeting with Senior Leadership.
