# What’s the difference between a preview and a final executive presentation?

* **HR Preview**: Your consultant will first present this executive slide deck to your survey team for review and feedback, making sure the deck is tailored to be presented to Senior Leaders.
* **Executive Presentation**: Two or three days after the preview, your consultant will present the survey results to your executive team. This presentation is designed to:
  * Help executives understand how all the pieces of the survey fit together
  * Provide an overview of the organization-wide results
  * Highlight key areas of strength and opportunities for improvement

During both presentations, we encourage discussion and questions to ensure you fully grasp the implications of the results.
