Comment Summary & Suggestions
TalentMap uses AI to generate a summary of employee comments as well as possible suggestions to improve based on employee feedback. Please note: The use of AI requires organization approval. Please let your TalentMap Project Manager know if you would like this feature enabled. Only users with permission to see comments will have access to AI summary and suggestions.
How to Generate Summary & Suggestions
Reports > Comments. Click on the Summary tab.
The page will load to show a break down of all comments. Use the Dimensions & Items headers along the left hand side to select which areas of the survey you would like to see summary and suggestions for. Please Note: AI will take a moment to load each header when using for the first time.
Use Filters to generate reports for Senior Leaders or Managers. Please Note: Bulk export is not yet available for this feature.
Click Export to generate PowerPoint slides or click Copy to Clipboard to paste into a preferred format.
How to Use the Reports
TalentMap suggests exporting key driver dimensions as well as the final message summary for Senior Leaders and Managers to assist with sharing of survey data and action planning.
