Shortly after the HR Preview, our Senior Consultant will lead an open discussion with your Executive Team on the findings, facilitating an exchange of ideas and insights. Bringing their expertise, our consultant will ensure the findings are communicated effectively. This session will be presented to your Senior Leaders, and its duration will depend on their availability.
