# Compare to Overall

When distributing reports or for data analysis, comparing a subset of your data to your organization's overall score is a helpful comparison measurement.\

To set this comparison in Snapshot Reports please follow these steps:

1. Click **Reports** then **Snapshot**. Choose your survey from the dropdown list in the top left of the page.
2. Click the **Filters** button then select a demographic filter. \ <br>

3. Click **Comparisons**, check **Organization Overall** and **OK.**\ <br>

4. If you have setup Previous Period and Benchmark data, you will see the Organization Overall comparison data in the middle displayed as a % favourable score that is greater (+) or lower (-) than the comparison group % favourable score for that dimension or item.\ <br>

5. Click Export to generate a PowerPoint deck or Excel file.<br>
