Upload Participants

  1. From the Survey tab, ensure that the survey has been created.

  1. Go to Admin > Participants and click on the survey title.

  1. Click Import in the top right corner. Upload a .csv file. Note: if there is an error within the .csv file (invalid email, missing column header etc.) the import will fail and a error message will display with identified corrections. Once fixed, re-upload the file.

  1. A progress window will show the status of the upload. Click the homepage button to continue using Compass.

  1. When upload is complete, a list of email addresses will show in survey email campaign.
