Comment Dimension Score

Dimension scores within comment reports allow you to anonymously see the respondents overall score for a specific dimension next to their comment. This score will help provide context for what the user is saying based on how high or low they have scored in a particular dimension. The overall score for that respondent will take the average score (typically on a scale of strongly disagree to strongly agree) and show a coloured dot next to the comment with a number between 1 & 5.

  • 1 - 2.74 = unfavourable responses are coloured Orange

  • 2.75 - 3.25 = neutral responses are coloured Grey

  • 3.26 - 5 = favourable responses are coloured Blue

To show dimension scores within comment reports, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports > Comments.

  2. Click the Gear icon near the top right corner of the page.

  3. Check the box for show dimension score, then select a dimension from the survey you wish to see a score for and choose a sort option.

  4. Click OK

The page will now display coloured dots next to each comment. Hover over a dot to view the responses dimension score.
