# Remove Participant(s) From an Email Campaign

To remove participants from an email campaign, please follow these steps:

1. **Admin** > **Surveys** > click on the **Survey Title** > **Participants** 
2. Click the garbage can next to the participants email. **NOTE:** this will remove all associated data including response data.
3. If you are removing several participants and / or plan on making further changes, we recommend removing them from the **.csv file** and then re-import to keep both the file and participant webpage current.
