Remove Participant(s) From an Email Campaign

To remove participants from an email campaign, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Admin > Participants then select a survey within the OPEN tab. If editing a survey result pick the CLOSED tab.

  2. Click the garbage can next to the participants email. ${color}[#f60404](NOTE: this will remove all associated data including response data).

  3. If you are removing several participants and / or plan on making further changes, we recommend removing them from the .csv file and then re-import to keep both the file and participant webpage current.

  4. If removing participant information for a survey result (The survey is being used for reports) click on the survey title within the CLOSED tab and edit the page.
