Textbox / Long Answer Character Limit

If you are building a survey and would like to include written comment questions, there are two options:

1. Textbox - Typically used for short answer questions, and have a character limit of 9,999.

2. Essay / Long Answer - Used for questions that provide feedback, and have no character limit.
